
As VP of Professional Services, Scott serves a professional team of over 1100 providers across 26 states. Primarily responsible for the strategic leadership of MyEyeDr.'s professional service operations, he focuses on the quality of care and service management, allowing his team to address the unique needs of our patients.
Scott and I (Tyler) did our MBAs at Anderson Univerity together back in ~2012/13. Scott has a wealth of knowledge in both the medical and businesses fields. In this episode, we talk about him growing a business from 2 to 47 practices, what it takes to lead, how he approaches his work, and how to become purpose-driven in your practice.
