Today's talk brings you a bit of a background story from the host of the Optimistic Life Podcast. When I first became aware of life as a kid, I did not know there was such a world other than what I knew right in front of me. Being born and raised in a third world country shaped my connection to the the Earth. Growing up in a first world country changed my connection to the whole universe. In this first episode I will tell you a little bit about my childhood. Born and raised in Honduras until 11 years old. Though, growing up pretty poor with little access to deeper knowledge and opportunities, we were rich in many ways. Peace, love and kindness was never lacking along with home grown food and a fresh water well in a tucked away village. To my dangerous native land Honduras, I am thankful for the innocent care free third world childhood. Luckily for me, my mom wanted me to access more of the world as I got older. In 2002 She moved me to a country where I never had to fear for my life (each day) as I went to school and lived life as free and happy as I wished to be. My motivation, is to look at our lives with a deeper connections and more optimism to live long lasting, abundant and healthy lives. I cannot wait to see the lives we create in the next 40-50 years by sharing all kinds of good ideas, deep thoughts, concerns, hopes, and mainly good energy for our souls.
Namaste,
