Today's guest is an aspiring personal estate agent in Islington, who is originally from Sweden and is a member of the National Association of Estate Agents, MNAEA, Propertymark.

Since 2019, he has completed numerous courses and awards in residential sales, to be fully qualified to sell property and holds both the Level 2 and the Level 3 Awards in the Sale of Residential Property, which are highly accredited qualifications that have provided him with the essential skills to sell properties while ensuring legislative compliance.

In 2022 he was shortlisted as a finalist for Propertymark's Sales Candidate of the Year. 

He has also been a member of a member of Sell It, the USA's largest sales training community, since 2019, which was founded by one of the most successful real estate agents in the USA, Ryan Serhant.

He is tracking 1,200+ Islington listings, has published 20 monthly property market updates, and has authored 46 pages of buyer and seller guides.
