Forged by it 🔥 From finding out I wasn't actually my girls dad 💔 To heart problems, strokes, losing memory, speech and vision... nearly passing away multiple times... I believe everything that happened was exactly what I needed. Not putting money first. Instead, putting myself first, making sure I'm healthy, and happy, then focusing on the people I love and lead, as a more connected, passionate and loving version of me. This podcast is to interview others who were forged by fire & give them permission to Open Up.

Golden Shadow breakthrough 😭😭 This is my breakthrough from our recent breathwork session and homework as part of Invictus, based on uncovering the golden shadow, and the ways in which we sabotage ourselves from stepping into and embodying those gifts.

Im so bloody grateful for the men I get to spend my time with in this group, and also so grateful for Tim Morrison for being the man he is and allowing for this transition to take place.
