As humans we naturally strive for order: Order in life, order on our desks, there are many more examples. But what happens if we actually start embracing the chaos and see it as a very important part for new ideas, ways of thinking and creativity.
In this episode I am taking to Federico Peiretti, start-up founder of CUABI, a parent-tech platform and also author of the book "Lovin' chaos".
We talk about the importance of chaos, how we can start loving it, what the concept of magic means to Fede and how magic helped him in order to bring his start-up CUABI into life.
Enjoy and thank you for being here! <3

This episode is all about self care.
I am talking to my dear-hearted friend Noémie Causse. Noémie and I connected through our Bikram yoga practice in Berlin, going to the same studio many times per week.
Noémie is the self care queen, because she has been in the wellbeing and self care industry for many years, guiding dogma free meditation, yoga, breath work and sound healing sessions and retreats. She is also a life coach, who is home in Berlin and right now traveling in Sri Lanka.
Noémie's mission is to share meditation as a practice that is available for everyone and that it is so much more than just sitting down in silence.
In this episode we talk about how Noémie's old, unhealthy patterns and mistreatment of herself lead her to start her own self care journey. We talk about how we all can find out, which self care methods are the right ones for us, what it means to treat ourselves well and to understand ourselves better. We are taking a critically look at the terminology „healing“ and how it is connected to self care, the importance of setting boundaries and we are exploring the topic self care addiction and how to find balance in your day-to-day routines.

Changing careers is hard. It goes along with different uncomfortable emotions like anxiety and stress and its really easy to find yourself overworked by the amount of new stuff you have to learn, and then to actually get hired.
Many of you might not know this yet: I am also a career changer and I have been in IT since the last three years. Nowadays I am not only working as a UXUI designer but also as a mentor, supporting people in their challenging career transition.
Giulia has been my mentee for one and a half years and she recently landed her very first UXUI position. I supported Giulia along the way by sharing my own personal experiences, how to create a kick ass portfolio, resume and the struggles and learnings when I broke into the Design Industry.
In this episode we are talking about the real struggles when changing careers, anxiety, stress and methods that can help you stay sane and motivated in this very tough time. We touch upon the importance of sharing with others, finding the right people to talk to and times when its important NOT to listen what industry experts have to tell you.

We all know what fear feels like and mostly we want to avoid it. But is this really the right way or can this emotion help us in our journey?
In this episode I am speaking with my therapist and Akashic reader Laura Ferrarese about what we can do in moments of fear, how Akashic readings can help to break through mental blockages and how come back into the present in stressful situations.
Books and Literature Laura loves:
Alice A. Bailey wrote in her book Light of the Soul on The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali – Book 3 – (1927):
"The akashic record is like an immense photographic film, registering all the desires and earth experiences of our planet. Those who perceive it will see pictured thereon: The life experiences of every human being since time began, the reactions to experience of the entire animal kingdom, the aggregation of the thought-forms of a karmic nature (based on desire) of every human unit throughout time."
What Laura is currently reading (one of many 😉)
Thank you so much for listening. Hear you next time.
Ciao meeauw.
Yours,
KAT
The term "purpose" carries significant weight, often suggesting that discovering one's purpose can serve as a remedy for all life's challenges. But is this belief truly accurate?
In this episode, Kat talks with Agustín Dana, a UX/product designer, design mentor, and coach, exploring an alternative perspective on purpose. This perspective acknowledges that certain aspects of life may be beyond our control.
