In this week's episode we talk about how we balance summer hours which just started for us with the challenges of staffing and labor costs. We also talk at length about Karaoke as one of the better event nights we do monthly. And finally we chat about the growth and evolution of the bar, finding that balance of being a family friendly venue but also being able to serve craft beer, cider, wine, and now mixed drinks.
