Johanna shares how she grew more passionate into this topic, explained why is it important to think bigger about the environment than just recycling and gave the tips on how to start to live a more sustainable life.

We figure out the best tools that can be at our disposal to minimize the harmful effect and look at how to change perspective of seeing the anxiety and stress.
