On the fourth episode of the podcast, we are joined by Vanessa Bukasa; the Vice-President of the Absa Group. She graduated from the University of the Witwatersrand with an undergraduate degree in Accounting Sciences subsequently pursuing her designation as a CA(SA).  It was such a delight learning about Vanessa’s journey which, like many of ours, was not linear. She reminds us of the power of perspective and that we deserve to see ourselves flourish in what we do. We discuss everything from her position as VP to trainee articles to celebrating oneself.
