Since we were kids, many coaches and trainers told us that we would have to work hard in order to get to "the next level". We would compete and tried to sharpen our skills every day in order to get there without knowing what it really is. As we got older, we noticed that the harder it got, the more challenges we faced. It felt like we were chasing something inexistant. "The next level", what is it really? sit and relax while we are providing to you what we believe is the real meaning being The Next Level.
