In this meditation we’ll rest our attention at the tip of the nose, noticing all the sensations at this part of the body — temperature, tingling, sounds, whatever it is that we happen to notice. Then we’ll simply watch the breath flowing at the nostrils, allowing this to become an anchor for our awareness. In this simple way we can ground ourselves in the unfolding of the present moment, allowing everything — thoughts, memories, emotions, and sense impressions — to simply arise and dissolve around the object of our meditation.
