To close out season 2, we’re joined by Chef Gibbs, convener of the Nigerian Food Summit (NFS), to explore the vision behind building a stronger and more unified food ecosystem in Nigeria.

Earlier this year, the NFS invited us to host our first-ever live show, so it’s only right we end this season with the brains and muscle behind the movement to unpack its mission.

Chef Gibbs shares how the NFS was created as a platform for us, by us—bringing together chefs, lawyers, brand strategists, educators, and creatives under one ecosystem to elevate Nigeria’s food industry. Through the NFS, he highlights the power of collaboration between government and industry, fostering visibility and dialogue that can transform Nigeria’s food landscape into a sustainable and globally respected ecosystem.
