Despite the best intentions, our mind and our ego aren’t always operating in our best interest. When we are facing fear on our path (a good indication you are headed in the right direction), we are prone to the mental challenges of comparison and judgement.
The thoughts and feelings that go along with this can be uncomfortable to witness in ourselves. Though when we have the courage to do so, we are best set up to push past the fear and take the kinds of risks that can help us create true change in our lives.
In this week’s episode we look at this protective aspect of the ego and examine how it holds power over us.
