Welcome to On The Run with Ryne. On this podcast I’ll be interviewing people who inspire me to run faster, work harder, think bigger, and live better. My hope is to connect with runners, athletes, leaders, and thinkers to learn about their journey, insights, and secrets to success. I have always been inspired by those who want to become the best version of themself and impact the people around them. I will also share my own personal running journey, from my first steps to my latest races. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned runner, each episode will have something for you!

#22 - Adam Bratton & Human Powered Movement

🚨Episode 22: Adam Bratton🚨

Recently, I’ve been thinking about how cool it would be to run or workout with a guest before recording a podcast episode. Sure enough, that’s exactly what Adam suggested when we discussed doing a podcast together. I highly recommend it and plan to do the same thing going forward!

Today’s guest is the founder of Human Powered Movement.Ā

🧐What is Human Powered Movement?

It is a culmination of MANY things, which Adam and I discuss.Ā  Its mission: to inspire more activity in people’s lives.Ā

Adam is the race director for their events which includes bike and running races - including MOVE, a bike and running race which is happening THIS WEEKEND, see website link below for details šŸ

It was an honor to hang out with Adam and talk all things HPM, running, and adventures - all while enjoying some of his home-brewed beer. He’s built a great company that wants to help people, the community, and the planet in every possible way.Ā

I can’t wait to run in my first HPM event this year and join in on the fun!

Also, check out their Strava Club and YouTube channel!

Enjoy āœŒšŸ¼
