On today’s episode, I’m joined by Brandon Grass, a high school dropout turned serial entrepreneur.
Brandon Grass is a serial entrepreneur with over 15 years of customer service experience and comes from some serious humble beginnings. Brandon has gone from being a high school dropout to one of the Okanagan’s top producing real estate agents with no signs of slowing down.
Prior to embarking on a real estate career Brandon was responsible for cleaning and servicing some of the highest volume restaurants across Canada including Joeys, Earls, Red Robin Restaurants of Canada, and Cactus Club Cafe.
His passion for the real estate market snowballed by immersing himself and his family into the Okanagan lifestyle and taking advantage of everything it has to offer. His energy never stops. He golfs, snowboards, dines out, is a full-time dad and husband, and shops local. He also works with charities such as Children’s Miracle Network, Tim Hortons Camp Day, Canadian Tire Jump Start, and Habitat For Humanity Okanagan.
In this episode, we talk about Brandon's upbringing and his decision to drop out of high school. We talk about where Brandon discovered his passion for entrepreneurship and how he found an opportunity to start a cleaning service for the highest volume restaurants. Also, we talk about how Brandon got his start in real estate and what he does so effectively to generate business as a newer agent. We talk about the importance of self-improvement and the impact it has made to accelerate his personal & business growth.
