On today’s episode, I’m joined by Michael Ninian, he's the Founder of Illusity
In this episode, Michael tells about his early life and his struggles moving from Alberta to Vancouver to pursue his passion in fashion.
We spoke about his transition into real estate sales and how he drove long hours to West Vancouver to door-knocking for 8-10 hours a day to get his name out as an established agent. Being a real estate agent led him to an opportunity to work directly with developers on pre-sale. It was there that Michael saw an opportunity to disrupt the real estate industry by implementing the virtual reality technology in other industries. We talk about the future of direct to consumer platforms and how COVID will affect consumer buying behaviors.
He discusses the importance of work-life balance and the importance of having fun and chasing your passions because then work doesn't seem like work. Michael's passion definitely shines through in this episode.
You definitely don't want to miss out!
