Chef Eric Boyar developed his classical French technique in Toronto hotspots Splendido, Mistura, Goldfish, and the Metropolitan Hotel. In 2005, Chef Eric and his wife Jenn returned to Woodstock along with his mother Pauline Bucek opened sixthirtynine.
