Jamie Crawford joins me this week on the podcast, and I can’t wait for you to hear some of his story. Under his leadership Spin won media brand of the year, and even got nominated for a global award in LA. He is the Co-Founder of The Good Glow, and after many years in radio, decided to join forces with his amazing wife Georgie and they now run one of Ireland’s leading Health and Wellness brands! They have four podcasts, a running club, they create once in a lifetime experiences, lead retreats, have online courses, merchandise and above all else they want to help and inspire people to reach their full potential!
