She is the Founder and CEO of The Behavioral Wellness Academy, PLLC. She holds a Ph.D. in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, a MS in Juvenile Forensic Psychology, and a BS in Criminal Justice with a Specialization in Juvenile Justice, both from Prairie View A&M University.  Since 2009 she has worked with individuals who struggle with intellectual disabilities and mental illness by providing ABA therapy in numerous settings to include HCS organizations and Intermediate Care Facilities for Individuals with Intellectual or Developmental Disabilities (ICF/IDD).
