In this episode, we speak with two of our colleagues, Saada Hussen and Selam Ogbalidet, on their lived experiences and stories dealing with systemic racism and institutional discrimination. We cover topics from the lack of Black representation in medicine and medical education to the resulting health inequities faced by Black individuals and other people of colour within our communities.
