Emer and Sarah sit down with the head honcho, Simon Harris, the Minister for Further and Higher Education, Research, Innovation and Science. He speaks about his education journey, from enjoying school to leaving college early to take his seat in the Dáil. He doesn’t rule out returning to education at a later stage, saying his aim as a Minister is to make flexible learning and apprenticeships a priority.
