Не так давно мы встретились с Product Designer Microsoft Рути Заславской, чтобы обсудить один из этапов собеседования - Whiteboard interview. Когда дизайнера, который пытается устроиться на работу, просят за 30 минут (а иногда и за 3 часа) спроектировать сервис — интерфейс банкомата, приложение для инвестиций, физический предмет — зависит от позиции, на которую он претендует. Рути много раз проходила этот этап, любит его и была готова делиться своим мнением и впечатлением.
