Zhanna Bright is a Hypnotherapist and Regressionist with a current holistic practice located in Encinitas, CA. She guides people that seek help with anxiety, depression, dysfunctional relationship patterns, limiting belief systems that cause them to keep pulling back from living in congruency and full potential. 

Through HypnoTherapy & HypnoCoaching sessions and Past Life Regression therapy, together she helps unearth and release the root cause of the problem. In the past she has been a body work and Reiki practitioner which led her on a long journey of self healing and exploration. She has traveled the world and lived in 5 countries so far, experienced quite a few miracles and met incredible mentors and healers on her journey. 

At the end what truly helped her heal was the ability (and patience) to dive deep into herself and become brutally honest with what was awaiting there. 

Today she feels content with her life and passionate about helping others on their journey of unearthing their real selves.
