Welcome to Point of Departure by Old Soul Archaeology. My name is Michele Jennae. 

As I transition from audio only podcasts to audio and video (also sharing to YouTube) I show up with a digital background as I record in Zoom. I look like Obi Wan Kenobi from Star Wars if I move to much, but it lends itself to the topic of The Energy of Showing Up.

Showing up is difficult and so most of us do it with masks on. Invisible masks, yes. Personas that we adopt to protect ourselves from the spitballs and darts of judgment. If we really stop and think about it, we are doing our SELF more damage by ultimately denying what we ache so badly to have acknowledged. We must acknowledge first. This is the energy we must bring to showing up.
