Even though Oklahoma lost on the field this weekend, it didn't affect the decision of Bear (Del.) Appoquinimink wide receiver offer Jahsiear Rogers. The former Penn State commitment flipped to Oklahoma earlier this morning. Josh McCuistion is here to tell us what the Sooners are getting in Rogers.
