
I started this podcast in the middle of an OCD spiral- not after it, not once I'd figured it all out.
This first episode is about what happens when your thoughts get so loud you don't know what's real anymore. When OCD, anxiety and depression collide and suddenly you don't trust your own brain.
I used to think my spirals made me broken, and that they were who I was. But now i'm starting to believe, maybe they're not.
