It took me some time to understand the power of my own ability to create. It took even more time to understand the power of the heart vortex. If you look at the HeartMath Institutes research on the living beings (man or woman) heart you will find some of the most interesting and profound electromagnetic properties, and even more profound changes in resonance when you begin to transmute all your intentions through this vehicle. I for one have done my best to follow my heart since 2020, trusting, feeling into the space. It's a revolutionary act.
