
Nistha Dube who is a Self-Discovery Speaker, Author, & Education Reform Activist. In the past, she has been featured on articles such as Business Insider talking about the relationship she has had when it comes to finding purpose in passion. In the past, she has done motivational speaking and helped people connect to their inner selves. Currently, she works in the intersection of behavioral science and education. Nistha also has a podcast called “Rising,” where she interviews people about their personal journeys, purpose, the relationship they have had with themselves and their mind.
Nistha grew up in a family that supported her in whatever career she wanted to pursue. Her mom predicted she would write a book when she grew up, and her dad thought she would be a great public speaker. This would later inspire Nistha to have a career in motivational speaking and coaching. This journey started after Nistha made TikTok videos of herself sharing her passions. This was happening as Nistha was in the process of getting her Bachelor’s degree in Cognitive and Behavioral Neuroscience from the University of Virginia Tech. As she continued making videos, she started gaining traction which led her to getting recognized by an agency and later getting a speaking agent. This gave her the opportunity to move to LA to pursue this.With her passions and starting her journey in speaking, she has been able to speak in schools and educate young people to find their purpose and uses her personal experiences as motivation. However, after a few years, things were not going well for Nistha which forced her to move back to her home state of Virginia to start all over again. This experience gave her the opportunity to focus on herself and how to move forward. She is now using her degree in Cognitive and Behavioral Neuroscience to help kids.
