In today’s episode, I sit down with my friend Matthew for an unfiltered conversation about dating, relationships, and the emotional rollercoaster that comes with it all. It's always nice to hear a guy's perspective on this stuff, am I right, ladies?
We get into the struggle of attachment, the power of detachment, and why so many people find themselves stuck in cycles of chasing emotionally unavailable partners.
We also talk about modern dating culture—why it feels impossible to find “the one,” how dating apps have shifted the landscape, and the surprising reason some people keep getting caught in on-again, off-again relationships.
If you've ever felt like you're doing everything “right” but still not getting the love you want, this episode is for you.

In today’s episode, I sit down with Coach Theory, to talk about relationships, dating, and the emotional rollercoaster that comes with navigating love and connection. We dive into the complexities of attachment, why we sometimes run from red flags in others (or ourselves), and how to shift from fear-based decisions to building true connection.
Theory opens up about her journey, from heartbreak and toxic patterns to reclaiming her power and transforming her love life. We get real about the challenges of modern dating, the myths around no contact, and why healthy relationships require more than just walking away at the first sign of trouble.
If you’ve ever struggled with attachment, wrestled with no-contact rules, or wondered why the same patterns keep repeating in your relationships, this episode is for you.

This episode is all about how we react to red flags—both in ourselves and in others. I challenge the idea of walking away at the first sign of trouble in relationships and instead encourage deeper self-reflection. We talk about why it’s so important to trust yourself, what red flags truly mean, and how to align with the version of yourself that’s not ruled by fear or outside validation.
If you’ve ever felt like you’re carrying too much armor and letting fear run your decisions, this one’s for you. I share my personal experiences and insights on how to navigate the world of red flags with compassion and self-awareness.

I’m sharing my story about how life’s biggest challenges have become my greatest gifts. I dive deep into how I learned to navigate through the mess and why I believe the chaos, or what I like to call the “dumpster fire” moments, are exactly what help us grow. If you’re in the manifestation space, you know the phrase “circumstances don’t matter”—but how do you actually live by that when your world feels like it’s falling apart?
I’ll talk about my own spiritual awakening, the financial hardships I’ve faced, and how everything I thought was falling apart was actually setting me up for something bigger. I’ll explain why you need to detach from the external world, trust yourself through the tough times, and lean into the discomfort. So, if you’re feeling like your life is a mess right now, let me help you see why that’s exactly where you need to be.

Erika and I dive into the world of online dating. While I've heard many complaints about online dating, Erika and I both agree … if you change your perspective on it, you'll change the outcome (as with anything in life).
A few highlights of our discussion:
- Sinking into dating online with curiosity, intention, & vulnerability. The way you perceive things matters
- Dating templates and how to use them
- Becoming more conscious of the information we're putting out there in our profiles
- Investing in dating apps (both energetically & financially).
We also touched on navigating the balance in the coaching world. "Doing too much" vs. providing value … where's the sweet spot and why it can be tough for us, as coaches, to find.

I'm challenging this 'F*ck the Spark' movement. I think there are a lot of misconceptions about initial chemistry and "the spark" in dating.
There are so many complexities to attraction and what "healthy" really means when it comes to this whole genre of life. And, my take? It's all subjective.
I'm offering a balanced perspective on the excitement of new relationships versus the need for emotional stability. It's a paradox and definitely one which you need to find your balance on. But I'm here to help! :)
I share my personal experiences, highlighting how attachment styles impact our perceptions of chemistry, and provide practical advice for navigating dating with self-awareness.

Badass Relationship Wake Up Calls (freebie)
__________
Late night thoughts.
This episode feels pretty vulnerable of me because it's about someone from my past. Someone I wrote a story about. Someone I was very attached to after a short time. Someone I thought was everything I wanted without even giving myself a chance to know them.
And now I talk about the release of the disappointment and anger what I projected toward the other person who didn't fit the mold of who I thought he should be.
How I set myself up for disaster because I was filling a void externally. Without even realizing it.
And we think that this person did us wrong and owe us something (and perhaps they do). However, to really move forward freely in life, it's the forgiveness toward ourselves that we need to focus on.
You couldn't have been someone different in the past because you just weren't different. You had to be THAT version of you to be this version. And THIS version, the one reading this, is exactly where they are supposed to be to take you to where you want to go.

Today's guest is Lauren Josephine and our chat was amazing!
Lauren is a long-time dater, turned dating and relationships author. After going on over 200 dates throughout her 20s and 30s, she felt called to write about and normalize all of the struggles modern daters deal with today, especially when using dating apps. She recently published her first book called Looking for Something Serious, in which she uses her 10-year dating journey to discuss the many pitfalls of dating today, like ghosting, situationships, repeated rejection, and losing hope in dating altogether. Lauren is passionate about sharing practical, optimistic dating advice to help single people build the confidence, patience, and hope they need to not give up on finding love. She is 34 and lives in San Francisco with her fiancé (who she met on Reddit in 2022!) and her dog Winnie.
Her and I talked about everything from becoming a coach and the struggles that go with it ... to dating, dating apps, and manifesting love.
Her success story is amazing and truly one that highlights the magic of manifestation.

In order to manifest these huge things into your life … the things that 'feel so far away' … who do you need to be? What do you need to claim?
Where is your focus? Is it on what you DO want? Or what you don't want?
Are you able to harness your power within by redirecting that focus internally, creating a world where nothing exists outside of you?
Are you able to check your energy before heading into a conversation?
How do you handle it when you're triggered? How does victim mode hit you?
Are you aware of when your patterns show up? Are you able to shift them?
In order to manifest those big dreams, you have to look for what life is reflecting back to you because the reflection is always there.
The road to NOT settling for anything less than a relationship that is absolutely bomb can be challenging.
So check in with yourself ... What's being reflected back?

Everything will come to you exactly when it's supposed to ... if you let it. What you seek is seeking you!
In this episode, Cait and I jam on her awakening to manifestation, her purpose, and how it saved her life.
Every awakening is different (if you've had one, you know!) and while you might make 'mistakes' along the way, allowing yourself to grow without shaming older versions of yourself and the conditioned ways you have been taught to live will help you grow even fast and stronger.
Everything is a reflection of self and learning to use that reflection to create your life from the inside out is liberating. Letting go of your expectations for the outside world is where you can harness all of your power!
On this episode Sarah and I are connecting the dots between mental and physical health
Health isn't linear in any form. It's going to be different for every person so as we always say … check in with yourself! Mindset is crucial when manifesting anything, and health and weight loss are no exception.
Some topics, ideas and questions we address:
The confusion of what's actually good for you and what's not.
How to start with manageable steps, love, and intention?
How to build more self-worth and self-love into the pieces of yourself that you don't currently love.
Society's definition of attractiveness and sexiness.
How do you view one bad day of eating?
How do we get to the 'why' behind the self-sabotaging behaviors we engage in when it comes to food.

Please leave us your feedback and let us know what you liked, what questions you have, or a topic or question we can talk about next!
Who did I used to be? I can sum it up in one word: Reactive
I grew up in a push/pull dynamic. I grew up in inconsistency. I grew up in chaos.
And then I spent a lot of time as an adult shaming myself for my disorganized attachment style.
WHY?! In a very simple mathematical equation ... who I am now is the sum of how I grew up.
We spend so much time running from who we are only to manifest the reflection of who we are in every area of our lives. Running more from it ... creating more reflection of it. It's a vicious cycle. Until ... it's not
Recognizing who you are is a huge milestone in your existence. And, if you're doing it and allowing the truth of who you are to just be without shame or rejection ... you're acting in love. Self-love. With self-love comes healing ...
And with healing, then comes more love.
And now it's a beautiful cycle.
Shift the momentum ... shift your entire reality 💖
