Today's episode is on the characteristics of Leadership. How do people express their leadership to the world. Sometimes, it about walking away from bullies. Sometimes its about choosing a new environment, sometimes its about knowing WHO you are on the planet and being so focused on your purpose, that the outside noise, is JUST THAT: NOISE.  

So you will know when you are in an environment of acceptance and genius when your vision, values and purpose are in alignment with those who you surround yourself with. I go to courses all the time just to surround myself with genius people who know more than I do about a subject.
