Kobi Allen joins us on the podcast to talk about college baseball recruiting from the perspective of a summer team coach for the California Warriors. As Director of Baseball Operations for the California Warriors, Kobi has seen many players go on to play at the next level. He assists both college coaches and players find the perfect fit. Kobi has extensive experience in college baseball as both a player and his work with the Warriors, and provides great information for parents and players on what coaches are looking for. 

Kobi is set to start working with the Minnesota Twins as a Front Office Intern in the Department of Community Relations - Diversity and Inclusion.
