
Simon Henley is a principal of Henley Halebrown. Established in 1995, the studio has evolved from a practice working on a range of interiors, exhibitions and domestic commissions to completing award winning education, healthcare, residential, commercial and arts buildings as well as “adaptive reuse” projects. They have been named Healthcare Architect of the Year in 2008, Public Building Architect of the Year in 2011 and Housing Architect of the Year in 2021.
To date, the practice has also won eleven RIBA awards. In 2018 Chadwick Hall was shortlisted for the RIBA Stirling Prize. In 2022 Hackney New Primary School & 333 Kingsland Road was shortlisted for the RIBA Stirling Prize and won the Neave Brown Award for Housing.
