Each month, an Ignatian spiritual director offers their hope as our way of offering inspiration to pilgrims of hope engaged in the ministry of spiritual direction.
This month’s reflection is offered by Christina Leaño, who is a retreat leader, spiritual director, and meditation teacher with over 15 years of experience facilitating spiritual and contemplative programs to diverse audiences. She is in an Ignatian Spiritual Direction Formation Program co-sponsored by Loyola Jesuit Center of Morristown, NJ and St. Joseph’s University of Philadelphia, PA. Christina serves as Associate Director of the Laudato Si' Movement mobilizing the Catholic family worldwide to turn Pope Francis’ encyclical letter, Laudato Si’: On Care for our Common Home into action for climate and ecological justice. She received a M.A. in Systematic Theology from the Graduate Theological Union in Berkeley, CA and lives in the New York City area with her daughter.
