
Ep #21: Today I sit down to talk about what I've learned and had reiterated to me during these past couple months of consistent therapy. People tend to think something has to be wrong with you in order to go to therapy when in reality, life happens to everyone and therapy helps you navigate all that you deal with on a daily basis. We all have trauma and things we could work on, but that doesn't mean there aren't other topics we could be supported on. I share my experience and perspective on a few different topics in hopes to encourage someone else to also explore therapy or take something from what I learned.
