Emily Abbot, Alexia Aristoteli, Alannah Matthews, Himeka Onoda and Felicity White join ‘Off The Floor’ from the Australian Gymnastics Championships on the Gold Coast to recall their Olympic experience in Tokyo.

The quintet made history three years ago when they became the first Australian Rhythmic Gymnastics Group to step onto the floor at an Olympic Games.

With host Dane Heverin they discuss how the Covid-19 pandemic restrictions on the Games brought the Australian team closer together, and how they practised their routine over Zoom during lockdown.

They also provide career updates - Alexia and Himeka are studying physiotherapy, Felicity is studying to be a primary school teacher, Alannah has a new job as an exercise physiologist and Emily is close to completing her studies in psychology – as they gathered together to support Alannah during her comeback to the sport at the Australian Gymnastics Championships.
