We have become so accustomed to negativity so much that good things are not easily accepted or celebrated. We find it hard to accept where we are being negative ourselves and continually justify our words and actions into ‘acceptance’. We advocate hashtags to normalize things that are already normal, and we want to ‘abnormalize’ we we do not want to accept. Goodness is shunned, and the prevailing aspect is the hypocrisy of not owning up when we are wrong, nor standing up against negativity. We ought to cling to God, and counter the attacks of the negative world, we ought to know that there is no good thing in us except God and we can only win and no grow weary through him.
