Bistecca the backstreet basement restaurant has chins wagging as it has been coined one of Australia’s most unique dining experiences. The Italian classic cocktail bar and restaurant is purely dedicated to Tuscany’s admired cut of steak the Bistecca Alla Fiorentina. The wine list solely features Italian wine, the meat saws are sharp and the vibes are electric.
