A little PSA for everyone out there who is also thinking about enjoying Korean BBQ, make sure you have at least one party who knows what they are actually doing. There will be fire, coal, scissors, spatulas, and self-adjusting Range-hoods.

Coined as a global franchise introducing Korean flavours to the world, 678 Korean BBQ resides in Sydney’s CBD. Not to be confused with the one in Haymarket, as two parties warned multiple times.

Once you do make it, you’ll find yourself walking into traditional inspired interiors that are hosting meat with a shy marbling score of eight plus.
