I first met Suraj in April 2021 when he was a fresh graduate. What impressed me about Suraj was his extensive experience volunteering across several organisations while studying in Australia. When I advise clients that they need to have experience as a fresh graduate to be considered a suitable candidate by employers, Suraj is the perfect example.
