In this Missions Sunday episode, we dive into the inspiring stories from a recent mission trip to the Dominican Republic, shared by Ms. Sarah, Ms. Christie, Fred, Roslyn, and Jade. The team served in medical, dental, and eye clinics, evangelized one-on-one, and connected with locals through acts of love, like treating a Haitian baby’s fever and raising money so a Haitian woman could buy passports for her children. Despite poverty and language barriers, the joy and gratitude of the Dominican people shone brightly, leaving a profound impact on the team. Dalton then provided a stirring message from Matthew 11:28-30 and was followed by Pastor Reeves in calling all to find rest in Jesus and respond to God’s call to serve—locally, regionally, or globally.
