Jacko, Principal at the New York City Department of Education, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in early childhood literacy and academic administration. Attending Hampton University, she received a Bachelor of Arts in psychology in 1999. She is currently a doctoral candidate at St. John Fisher University.
