I'm just a girl, standing in front of a boy, asking if he saw where I left my runners. Movement is a part of my life. Whether its one of the three disciplines of triathlon, (swim, bike or run), jiu jitsu, hiking, Horseriding, yoga or weightlifting...I want to do it all ALL of the time. For me to stay active, nutrition and recovery are the most important elements of my routine. And thats the strategy I apply to coaching my clients too. On this show, we will speak to other high performing men and women and ask them about the behaviours they engage in to help them achieve their goals. We will also discuss case studies that might shed some light on common issues that clients face in side the Advance community. Finally, the 'Just Run With It' series is a 'Run while you listen' guide to improving posture, breathing and lots of the other barriers you face with your running. 4. Run With Me: 1 min intervals

In today's session, we will be doing 1 minute intervals throughout the whole session. 
In between intervals, you'll have 10 seconds of rest and we do 4 blocks of 4 minutes.

Throughout, we will talk about body position, engaging your core while running and managing your breathing. 
If you struggle with connection to your core and your breath, this pilates breath session might be useful to help.
