
Self-nurturing in my opinion entails taking care of one's physical, emotional, and mental well-being and engaging in activities that promote self-care, self-love, and self-compassion.
It is about filling your cup first before showing up in your roles and relationships
The importance of Self Nurturing:
It helps you develop awareness about the things that matter most to you
It allows you to build stronger relationships and deeper connections with yourself and others.
It helps alleviate stress on the mind and body
It promotes healthy habits that enhance physical wellbeing
It enables you to build inner strength and resilience
It helps to improve your overall mental health
It opens up your mind to the endless possibilities of more streams of income
Overall it helps you to maintain a healthy and intentional life.
