Stop 7 on the NUI Galway Biodiversity Trail is the path of woodland along the river path behind the Alice Perry Engineering building where many interesting woodland plants can be seen. Dr Dara Stanley (Botany and Plant Science) discusses how plants make use of light in woodlands.
