HELLO and welcome to the very first episode of Now You Hear Me! I am your host, Martha Betubiza. I decided to start this podcast with an artist both close to home and close to my heart - Liv Greene. To best describe who she is, I'll repurpose a post I wrote from my 2014 Tumblr music blog era.

"i'm super grateful to say that one of my biggest musical inspirations is my friend liv greene. it has been so amazing to watch her grow over the past few years. her voice has a tone that is so special. she is so sweet, and humble, and truly gifted. i love being friends with talented people because they really inspire me. they push me to sing more, to post more covers, to write more. they help me become the person that i alone, am far too terrified to be... i cannot wait until she is famous. i love and admire her endlessly"
