It was an infatuation with electronic music from a young age that sparked the beginning of Nick Berry’s DJ career in the Sydney scene back in 2014. Since then, Berry has made a name for himself through his acute deviation from what is expected, playing uniquely melodic music punctuated by an eclectic mix of deep house and techno - influenced by the early years of dance music. Fast forward to present day and Berry has shared lineups with Âme, DJ Koze, Jimi Jules, Trikk, The Drifter, Oliver Koletzki, Andhim, Super Flu, Gerd Janson, David Mayer and Panthera Krause to name a few. During the stagnant year of 2020, he maintained his divergence from the conventional when he founded Anomaly alongside Harry Hooper and Milly Lees. The brand is a cultivation of deep electronic music paired with finely curated graphic design to help listeners navigate through the beautiful obscurities of electronic melodies. in 3 short years, Anomaly has hosted takeover parties at some of the best venues around the globe, including Sisyphos in Berlin, Electric Bar in Melbourne and a Secret Warehouse Party in Sydney. The brand has released a multitude of radio shows from a selection of fiercely talented international artists; Musumeci, Argia, Santiago Garcia, Andhim, Reznik, Re.You, Skatman, Desiree, Matthias Meyer, David Mayer, Murat Uncuoglu, Alican, Aaaron, Super Flu and others.
