54. How do I boost my fertility in between children? with Kim Perez, FNTP

Michelle talks to Kim Perez about recovering from childbirth with the plan to prepare for another baby. We talk about how pregnancy, labor & delivery, and breastfeeding can leave you depleted, and what you can do to make sure your body is ready to carry another child. Rebuilding nutrient stores and regaining mental health are so important for both mom and baby during pregnancy. Kim talks through general considerations for making sure your cycle is healthy, but goes into specific questions like ideal spacing between kids and trying to conceive while breastfeeding. Then we go into the conflicting messages we get about dieting postpartum and how than can impact your fertility and ability to replete nutrients.
