53. What can I eat when I'm breastfeeding? with Meghan McMillin, RDN, IBCLC

Michelle and Hillary talk to Megan McMillin all about what mom can and should be eating while breastfeeding. We talk about myths around what foods could cause gas in babies. She explains how eliminating dairy from mom's diet is over prescribed and what you actually need to look for when determining if baby has a food intolerance. We talk about the best foods for boosting milk supply, when they should be taken, and what mom should consume to have the most nutritious milk. Then she talks about the misinformation out there about avoiding alcohol and caffiene while breastfeeding. There is so much information in this episode that all breastfeeding women will benefit from.
