Michelle talks to Joe and Serenity about all things feeding babies and toddlers. We talk generally about how what you eat growing up sets you up for a lifetime of health. We talk about the importance of DHA and Iron, and how to get enough in your diet. We talk about how you can make your own purees to introduce babies to more nutrients available from animal sources. We also go into how we can approach thinking about blood sugar and how balancing protein, fats and carbohydrates can be beneficial for creating balanced meals for kids. Then we talk about gut health and how bone broth can help keep the digestive tract healthy.
