This week we’re throwing diet culture in the bin (next to self-loathing) with the divine Niamh Orbinski — author, podcaster, intuitive eating coach, yoga teacher, therapist-in-training, and all-round nourishment fairy. Ivana and Niamh get into it: food obsession, body shame, dieting since 14, eating a sleeve of Oreos while breastfeeding, and the truly radical act of saying, “My body works. I love it.”
