Nothing Typical

Nothing is Typical in your twenties, but nothing is ever typical when you are Atypical. Hi, I’m Kylie Grace and welcome to Nothing Typical. In this podcast, I dive into my experience of being autistic and navigating my twenties. I explore topics such as my current time in University, my current favourite things, my autistic journey, and anything and everything in between. I started this podcast because, though there are numerous sources on the internet about being young and unsure about life, I’ve often felt like there was an extra piece of the equation for me that others don’t often mention. I’m hoping if you feel similarly that I can be a source of relatiably or comfort for you. New episodes every month (I’m working on starting a new hobby without doing too much at the start - a very foreign concept for me). If you are new to this cozy corner of the internet, I am happy you’re here and invite you to stay a while. With Love, Kylie Grace.

It's Okay to Do it "Wrong"
A chat about my recent struggles with my executive dysfunction - and my most recent tool to help overcome it. In this episode I dive into the realities of my neurodivergence and how it can stop myself from showing up in ways I hope to, how this can dip my confidence, and how lowered confidence makes it harder to start showing up again - quite the cycle! If you are struggling with this too, know you're not alone and I hope there is something to inspire you, with this very casual chat of an episode.

Thank you so much for listening!
